We ship SIM cards and accessories via USPS Priority Mail. Most orders are processed within 1 business day and arrive within 2-5 business days depending on your location.

• Standard Shipping — 3-5 business days (free on orders over $25)
• Express Shipping — 1-2 business days ($9.99)
• International Shipping — 5-10 business days (varies by destination)

Digital Delivery

eSIM activations and phone number rentals are delivered instantly via email after payment confirmation. No physical shipping is required.

Returns

We accept returns on unopened SIM card packages within 30 days of purchase. Accessories may be returned within 14 days in their original condition.

Digital services (eSIM activations, number rentals) are non-refundable once activated. If you experience issues, please contact our support team.

Exchanges

If you received a defective product, we will replace it at no additional cost. Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.
